About the Event
Are you a woman landowner interested in developing a conservation plan that stewards your land for future generations? Wisconsin Women in Conservation is leading fan innovative and inaugural state-wide initiative to support women landowners interested in developing a land conservation plan. Join this virtual learning circle for women landowners where you'll have the opportunity to learn from two leading NRCS conservation plan experts in Wisconsin who will help demystify the conservation plan process and connect you with resources. This session will clearly explain the purpose and components of these plans and the tools and support NRCS provides, including a free farm walk-through and funding opportunities like EQIP and CSP.

About Wisconsin Women in Conservation
WiWiC is a state-wide collaborative effort led by the Michael Fields Agricultural Institute in partnership with Wisconsin Farmers Union, Renewing the Countryside and the Midwest Organic and Sustainable Education Service (MOSES). A three-year multi-faceted project funded by the USDA’s Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), WiWiC brings together Wisconsin women landowners to connect and learn about conservation practices, resources, and funding opportunities.
